Assignment #4: Painting + Vector Tools, Due next week

....remember this guy? part 24 of 24 from the Digital Art for Beginners tutorial.....

That was a nice interlude -- I hope you enjoyed watching the documentary on remix culture! We can talk more about it if you like. If you need to refer to it (or if you missed class and still need to watch it) you can stream it for free here on Vimeo:

But now we have to get back to the business of Photoshop. This will be our last assignment before Spring Break. Try to get it done this week!

Assignment #4: Painting + Vector Tools: due next Friday, March 30th
We will now focus on and complete the assignment from a few weeks back: to take a pre-existing photograph of a landscape (or an interior - your choice), and paint a 3-dimentional object onto it from scratch, using the painting and vector tools.

You can review lesson #23 if you need to: it is helpful and will lead us into the tools we need for this assignment (vectors are right at the end):  http://psd.tutsplus.com/tutorials/tools-tips/10-photoshop-tips/

The "painting" lesson #24 will go into this set of problems in detail:

OKay! Get to it! Any problems, send me an email.

See you next Friday, March 30th!
